National Association for CHPs

Unifying Voices, Strengthening Community Health Systems in Kenya

We are the national umbrella organization established by CHWs for CHWs. We unite over 107,000 Community Health Promoters to champion legislative policy reforms, professional recognition, and the skills needed to deliver equitable healthcare for all.

Empowering the Frontline of
Kenya’s Health System

Through our Advocacy in Motion (AIM) initiative, we equip Community Health Promoters with leadership and digital literacy skills. We are championing policy reforms to ensure every CHP is recognized, protected, and professionalized as a vital member of the health workforce.
