For decades, Community Health Promoters (CHPs) have been the unsung heroes of Kenya\u2019s health system. They walk miles to reach remote villages, monitor the health of mothers and children, and serve as the first line of defense against disease. Yet, for too long, they have worked without adequate protection, recognition, or pay.<\/p>

ACHVO-K was established <\/span>by CHWs, for CHWs<\/b> to change this narrative<\/span>. We are driving a historic shift to transform this workforce into a respected, professional pillar of the healthcare system. But advocacy requires resources, and training requires tools.
